Congrats!!! Woohoo!
It's a great feeling....being in control of your destiny, and your determination shows : )
Now remember that I smoked for 38 years, so this will probably not apply to you, but I was sick the first 4 months of my quit. sinus infections, bronchitis, pleurisy! It turned around after that and I now I breathe without struggling and spring (or what passes for that at 53 ; ) out of bed and I feel as good as, or even better then I did in my 20's!!
I'm sure that you will start feeling better very soon, so just hang in there and keep the positivity!!
Congrats to you and have a wonderful, smoke-free day : )
Will do Kathyjo! There IS NO WAY I'm going back to those filthy smokes! I regret not doing this sooner but hey, better late than never - right?!
Thanks so much for all your wonderful support & words of encouragement Kathyjo - it is very much appreciated. Have a beautiful day!
Good for you Angelina! I am so happy for you and I hope that others will feel your energy and resolve : )
You go girl ; )
Hi Angelina and congrats on day 9!!!
I am feelin' the energy right through the screen!!!!
I imagine if you're feeling breathless, you may not be getting enough oxygen which in turn, would zap your energy. Make sense? With my first quit, I could breathe through my mouth, which told me my lungs were fine, but I couldn't get enough breath just breathing through my nose. It was weird, but it did clear up eventually.
I'm sooo happy for you! Stay strong! You're doing just awesome!!
