Unfortunately, even if you could afford them, most of the help to quit like chantex and the patch you can't use because you're pregnant. I would suggest trying relaxation methods- prenatal yoga (as long as your dr says its ok), meditation, etc. I'm definitely a stress smoker so lowering my stress has helped me quit smoking without using any of the regular quitting methods. Also surround yourself with people who don't smoke, and note the times where you usually smoke -morning with coffee, 10 minute break, etc- and find something to replace it. (This can help with break the habit, which is definitely that hardest part.)
