Good going, buddy!!! 2 weeks is a good achievement! The very fact that you are determined to quit is very appreciable. I too don't have much to say about the patches, gums, e-cigs, medication.......or such methods. It is the mental understanding and the required switch-over that matters more, according to me.
The cravings last only a few minutes, and things get much easier once we take care of those few minutes. Fear that you might have some intolerable experiences / cravings or the fear that we may not be able to handle those cravings....act as main obstacles in the quit process. Yes, deep breathing and exercise do help as good stress relievers + group support like this add as motivation in your quit process. Keep up the good work and keep us posted about your progress. All the very best!!!

Congrats on 2 weeks!
I don't know about the patch, sorry, but I think that if you are serious about quitting and you want it, it will happen.
What got me through the first couple of weeks/months was exercise, walking, deep breaths, keeping my hands occupied and reading the articles on whyquit.com.
Good luck!
