Maybe, just maybe, cut out the protein drinks? I really think they are extremely high in their caloric value. Water will do just as well.
I work out 4X a week, about 2 1/2 hours each workout. I do cardio like you, but I found better results by skipping the eliptical & treadmill and walking to and from the gym. It's a little over 2 miles, but it seems to be working better for me. I do free weights & machines the remainder of the time. I have been doing this for nearly 4 years and I know for a fact that muscle weighs more than fat so don't get discouraged. Also, I may not see a loss on the scale, but I feel it in my clothes, and that's what matters : )

I sit here soaking wet from all the exercise drinking some high protein drink,
I am pretty sure I gonna explode if I don't get this weight under control.
I haven't made up for smoking by eating just not smoking, not eating, exercising, stopped all pain pills if I don't live longer it will feel like it! lol!!

Luv Ya,

you are to funny : )  I was hoping that I could maintain my weight, but it wasn't happening! Eventually, after a few months, it did level off and I was able to take off all of my weight gain off, plus a few.
Just know that what you are doing is so good for you and well worth dealing with a little weight gain and it will not last long : )
You're almost there Terry : )  So very proud of you two and so should you be!
