smoking

I desperately need some advice about how to go about kicking tobacco. I have been smoking for almost ten years and I made a choice recently to quit. I am ready, however, I am thinking about trying bupropian as an aide. I do not know anyone who has used this product and I am really nervous about trying it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This is my only attempt at quitting and I do not wish to fail. I am a recovering alcoholic/addict, I have read about bupropian and the warnings about people who had a history with alcoholism. If there is anyone with any experience or advice it would be greatly appreciated.

smoking is very dangerous and can get out of hand. it is very important to stop as soon as possible. I know friends who have used the cold laser therapy at doctors office and helps them quit and lose weight. Many people have used it and have a positive outcome. i researched some information and found this site helpful http://coldlasertherapy.us they have some information on the benefits some people might find it helpful and motivating

If you are a recovering addict, you know what it takes to quit. An iron will and maybe just a little help for something with anxiety/panic attacks for a few months. I take paxil and quit cold turkey 80 days ago. Doin great!
