celebrations, drinking & smoking

Happy 4th to all of us and when you are celebrating the freedom of our United States, perhaps with a BBQ and a few drinks, remember that you are an ex-smoker and that the freedom we are celebrating should reflect that we have broken away from a drug that kept us prisoner for so long.
For those outside of the U.S., you should also celebrate your break from this nasty habit ; )

You are right about the trigger. Drinking & smoking go hand in hand. I think that's why holidays are so dangerous for us. The reality is that most of us ex-smokers still enjoy those few drinks ; )
Hope you had a nice one!
