finally quit!!

i have an intermittent-throbbing kinda pain coming from the back of my chest if that makes sense, i've just quit smoking cannabis and cigs 24 hours ago, after 6 years, im 21 and quite fit, i this normal? its really stressing me out and i just want to have a cigg!!

Did you give in?

I would say that is anxiety and it will go away!  your body is going thru withdrawl symptoms from both!  

Stick with it and you will feel better over time!

Stop freaking out, it makes it worse
