quit heroin cant quit cigs ??

need help with quitting cigs  im 43 days clean from heroin but cant seem to shake the cigs how weird is that

im 50 days clean from heroin zanex cocaine and pot  all i got left is smoking these dang cigs..........i think its my new comfort blanket  and ive cut my usage in half in not more but is soooooooooooooo hard  any advice how 2 get past my second day would be helpful

I would concentrate on one addiction at a time. Let the cigarette problem go until you are really secure in your heroin cure.
