I too have quit, and its true, the craving to smoke get fewer and fewer. I have 19 days to my credit and the my battle is not over. I am glad there are others like you. I quit without any medication, program or patches. I just did not smoke, and I wish i did it sooner.
I would take the patch off, it doesn't seem to be agreeing with you.
There is no simple cure for quitting but if you are informed, it may help.
The physical w/d is 72 hours/3 days so you are well on your way! It's going to be a little uncomfortable but if you occupy yourself with things, the more physical the better, and when you have thoughts about giving in, here is a website that has helped me and many others: whyquit.com
Drink plenty of water, munch on carrots, celery, healthy things so you aren't compensating with food.
You need to take back your life and the sooner you do it, the better your life will be. My only regret is that I didn't wait for 40 years before I got the message!
Good luck and find someone who can help you! We are here for you : )

Oh also, I keep getting headaches and a sort of burning in my chest and stomach. My shoulders also hurt ALOT + weird hot flashes and an over all feeling of...being dumber sort of?? like out of it?. And I'm tired. Most of this started three hours after i quit. thanks for your advice.
