I have been taking my bbt for about a year now and really got to know my cycle.
I had a problem with fertile mucuc.I never had egg whit cm and could not get a mature follicle.I tried clomid and it didn't work for me, it just made me drier and have awful headaches.I decided to lose weight and lower my caffeine intake. Also i was taking a prenatal vitamin, folic acid, and "most important" Evening Primrose Oil pills. The EPO helped regulate my hormones and give me very fertile mucus. I actually had EW cm after using it for 1&1/2 months. Also just before I ovulated I was cramping alot. The day of Ovulation I woke up in the middle of the night after having a sharp burst of pain.I took my bbt as usual the next day and low and behold I had released an egg! It was so big when I ovulated that I felt it. 15 days later I found out that I was Pregnant. Are you temping? Also there is a book that I read called Taking Care Of Your Fertility"TCOYF". It is a must read but start at the beginning and don't skip anything. You will be surprised what you can do yourself to get pregnant.
Sending all of you a big THANK YOU !!! and lots of Baby Dust!!!

Congratulations!!!  I am late to the game, started TTC at age 44 and my doc sent me straight to IVF.   What did you do "naturally"?  Are there any sites/books/posts you would recommend?

Thanks for sharing your success.  It gives all of us hope!
