First of all, you don't need to go and become a vegetarian. Its just hormones, ive got acne so id know. Wash your face twice daily (morning and night) with a face wash and buy benzoyl peroxide 2.5% or 5% and put that on your spots. You may wanna use a moisturizer as it dries your skin and will make it dehydrated which isnt good.
Ok... Firstly, chill out. Stress is not good for acne ... Lol. Defo make sure ur eating healthy, so lots of fruit and veg, and cut down on dairy - dairy has been proven to contribute to acne I'm not telling u to go vegan I'm just saying cut down on dairy or make little switches like having a fruit cup instead of a yogurt or using almond milk in ur cereal instead of cows milk.
