when i used to worry a lot i had no appetite at all, and it hurt to eat anything at all and it made me sick...these kinds of emotions have a great impact on our body's normal behaviors such as appetite...what you have to do is try to find something that will calm you and make you happy and it should all come back to you...just dont let this become a habit because that could become very detrimental to your health
How about you treat yourself to something nice to eat are there some treats you like more than anything, its all about you, drink some nice soothing Honey and lemon tea, how about a nice hot Chocolate I like that even when its 90 degrees outside, as its so cheering. Got someone to talk to , come here we will talk your head off, trust me.We all dont feel like eating at some time, but to be a healthy person we have to eat something, do you go out anywhere ,any activitys, what do you like to do best of all in the world?
I have gone through that too if i was depressed..or again like u just not hungry and dont fell like eating...But u have to eat something or u will crash...You dont have to go on a big food bender just get alittle at a time until u feel urself to eat more..and drink lots of fluids,water juice etc.....if u keep feeling that i'd go to a doc. :)
