lump in groin

hi, ive had a lump in my groin area for few years but recently its got bigger and there seems to be a new smaller one next to it, ive also found blood in my stool. Im 16 and female, do you have suggestions as to whats wrong?

It depends on exactly where the lump is. It could be something perfectly normal.

Blood in your stool can be a sign af many things and finding the cause depends on whether the blood id bright red or darker. Write back with more specific information.
