Help me
My name is Myles my left testicle is way bigger then my right and I some times get pains in them. Also my penis is has pimple like spots all over it. If u could give me some answers I would be grateful it been like this and slowly getting worse since I was 11 years old and I'm 17 now iv been to scared to tell any one and have not seen I doctor it's really been screwing with me emotionally making me depressed I can't seem to deal with life iv been skipping lots of school. I have lots of friends but none of them know I'm scared and need help. I might kill my self.
