It sounds as though you've got a lot going on, and the build up to college / uni is always going to be a stressful, anxious time even if some people are better at hiding it. When I was 16 I had a similar time, and started missing a lot of school. Like you I used to think that nobody missed me, or even noticed I wasn't there, but a couple of years later somebody said that nobody knew what to say, and were equally anxious about talking to me and causing me to get upset. The question to ask is 'how do you know they think like that?' And, if they have blanked you, remember that there are times all of us appear aloof.
Some people are better than others at making friends. Genuinely, I don't have a clue how to, and I have maybe 1 good friend. It takes a leap of faith, because you are just putting yourself out there and hoping that somebody takes an interest. People are so self absorbed they don't always respond.
I would suggest first speaking to a doctor or a school teacher or support worker. They should be able to help you find a way through. There are options like other types of therapy, group support, exercise regimes, medication, alternative therapy. Tons of things to try to help you become able to cope.
Have you considered taking a year out and then recommending your school year elsewhere? You know, sometimes it seems like there is only one path, one way through life, and it totally isn't true. You could take a few weeks, or months off school, and focus on getting well, pick up next year and be all the better for it.
You have options, you are in control of yourself, and the fact that you've posted this shows that you want to make changes.

Can you switch therapists? Are you on any medications?
