Sounds like you just need to breath and think happy thoughts about life,  life shouldn't be to sad nor to happy ( even though it would be alot better if it where happier )  but any way life is like an oceain, it has its ups and it has its downs some times the highs are rely high and some times the lows are rely low just hang in there and it will get alot better for you

Bipolar is a case of being up and down, and feeling out of control. If you find yourself snapping at people for unrealistic reasons, this could be it. It also depends on your age though, being a teenager you go through a lot of emotional roller coasters. It's hard to judge until you're older, trust me i've questioned myself through my time, and I am now 19.

Perhaps you are Bipolar. A lot of people are that way, and it's normal.

okay well first of all try to calm down and find a place where you can relax. I feel this way all the time. I feel sorry for my parents who have to deal w/all my drama they think i'm beyond crazy? you're just going through what well i would call extreme depression, anxiety, and stress(maybe bi-polar i couldn't confirm this) which is normal for anybody exept when it gets really severe and constant. Find something that calms you down and do it when you start feeling these feelings. Just stop what you're doing in the moment and think about what you're doing, and i mean really think. Then just tell yourself over and over that it will be okay, i'm better than this. Remember think before you speak or start reacting in a extreme manner. I hope this helps:) If this keeps happening i would really recommend getting help okay even if you don't want it. It's a scary thought for me to seek help, but also i've kinda managed to control these emotions. Don't lash out immediately let it go, but let it out later by writing down what you feel and cry if you need to(why not it's how you get rid of stress). You never want to trap all those emotions inside of you, let them out.
