Aww honey, I get depressed too. It wasn't till recently I found out that my sisters and my mom do too. I guess it runs in my family. I do not have a reason either has to what triggers it. *** I would say I get really depressed about 2x a year where it's so bad that I cry for no reason, I can't eat, I just don't have the means to carry on. But I have a family to take care of & I kno I'm loved so that gets me thru it. The best thing to do if u can't get medicine like myself is to surround yourself with ppl who love you. Hang out with friends. Just try toget ur mind busy. Talk to someone, a listener is key here. Anyways I hope that you feel better soon.
