All you got to do is tell your mother you are not feeling well, and you want to see a doctor.
Exercise is good for the mind and the body , lots of people suffer from depression - i do too i am bipolar and it ***** i know the deepest lows.
You have to ask for help because if it is sticking around longer than you want then it may be a problem that needs help.
trust in you r mom
god bless
Hi.
I understand what you are going trough. My situation is similar but even more complicated.
I believe it is better to tell your mom.
I didn`t when I was 13, and by now I have caused them so much problems with my behavior, drinking, skipping school, social problems in school, nervous breakdowns and so on. Trust me, it`s pretty hard to go trough all of that and you don`t want that. After all of that, my parents realized by their own something is not right.
If you aren`t ready to tell them you are depressed, then maybe you should tell them some version of it. I mean, tell them you have problems with something not so complicated, and some professional help will be nice because you need an objective opinion and advise about how to handle it and you are not ready to talk to her about it because you for you, it`s like you have to talk to her about your boyfriends(I guess you don`t feel comfortable to do that), and you are ashamed to talk to her about that. Ask her to understand because more pressure will make it even worse for you...
The easiest way is to talk to an expert because he can help you, and if you don`t find some support like that, it can get harder. Do it to spare your parents and you of nonfunctional relationship. Because they do love you, and even though they maybe don`t say it so often(my didn`t), trust me, they do. And that makes you loved.
Family is the only group of people who will always be there for you... Maybe it sounds stupid when you are teen and stuff, but try to talk to them more. About life, about irrelevant stuff. They really can make some points and explain you how to look life from different perspective. They can show you things differently. And talking and hanging out, doing hobbies might help, even though I sometimes see it as a runaway from what you are...
Best wishes... And I hope you will find some way to tell your mom... You deserve to be happy as much as every other person, and is that gonna happen, depends on you... Good look...
