I don't want to feel like this anymore. Not a day go by anymore I don't think of suicide I've alread tried 4 times how can

How can I make sure I don't try again? How can I stop theses thoughts there embaresing and I don't want to picture someone with a bag ver their head first thing when I wake up anymore please help what can I do??? It's effecting my schooling to knees to concentrate on my math but all I canco concentrate on is how much I hate myself what can I do??? I am talking to my youth pastor and a pastor and my youth pastor said she is going to try and help me find professional help so what should I expect from that and what can I do to stop these thoughts from bombarding me every day??? I'm never free from them even when I am having a good time something inside of me is stumping yelling how much I hate myself and I just can't ignore it please help!!!!

I don't drink coffee it smells terrible and I can only imagine how and it tastes and I don't have alot of sugar because I'm trying to lose wreight!

I can't wait tell I can get some sort of treatment so I can feel joy again without being punished after with feeling extremely down!!!!

It will be great once you get treatment.

In the meantime, are you eating poorly?  I'd suggest you get in a lot of dark, leafy greens; fruits; beans; seafood; etc.  If your diet is affecting your mood, these changes will help some.  Cut down on soda, sugar, empty foods, junk food, coffee, etc.

well if you get some kind of therapist all that they are going to do is probably ask a lot of questions to try to get to the reason of why the suicidal thoughts are developing... its a good thing that you went to someone you can trust, because i have had many thoughts about doing it but i remembered of the few people who loved me and how other kids and teens are treated a lot worse and are absolutely neglected by everyone around them. i hope you get the kind of help your looking for... best of luck to you. :)

Please read the message that I sent you in your other post.  Please don't hurt yourself.  Trust me - everything will be okay.  It's good that you talked to your pastor.  Please keep your chin up.
