There is nothing to thank me for but you are more than welcome anyway.
Anxiety attacks can be scary and they can and do appear for a number of reasons but having support and understanding can really help when you are having anxiety problems. It sounds like you have a very understanding sister who is very supportive. I'm sure your mum is too, did you tell her about what happened ? Because I'm sure this is something she would like to help and support you with aswell.
Take care and I hope you are well.
thankyou so much for your help!! yes my sister and my friend( who has anxiety attacks) told me she believe i had one and my sister told me alsoo yes it was very scary!
Now that is a lot for anybody to deal with all at once and once you can see how they piled on top of each other, no wonder you got very anxious at the time. It sounds like you were seriously overwhelmed and your poor brain panicked..
Looking back and being able to take parts of what happened and breaking it down until you can see why or where you were overwhelmed can really help you. If say, you have to think about walking on your own or everything feels like it's getting too much, stop, breathe and then start looking at one part of it at a time. It's surprising how that can help and I was really relieved to hear it was a first time anxiety episode.
Take care

Hi, I think there are a lot of people who can say they have had an episode like this at one time or another in their life.
You don't mention if there are any other factors that could have added to this episode, are there problems that are on your mind and could have added to your anxiety?
I'm not an expert, far from it! I have an anxiety disorder myself and what you are describing, in my view is an anxiety episode. They can be very frightening when they happen and very confusing.
Do you suffer with any disorders ( you don't say) or is this a first episode for you. If this is the first episode you have had, hopefully it was a one off and you won't have any concerns about future attacks. If however it was to happen again and they continue, I would go and see your doctor and have a discussion with him about what has been happening. It may be something that you will need help with if they continue.
I hope that helps a little.
