truency

My anxiety drives my actions for being truent a lot in school. Dont get me wrong school for me is fine, Im not bullied or anything. Only lately has there been drama I would like to avoid. I know that school is a fine place to be, but for some reason I absoloutey CANT make myself go. Any suggestions on how to cope with the emotional part of my brain completely controlling my actions when it comes to school? (And I do already have a Dr thats perscribed meds; they arent helping much)

you need to research into school phobia.  It seems you have found the cause and it will only get worse oif you dont do something about it.  Meds are good for a chemiucal imbalance in your brain but this is not what is happening thus, the meds will not work..  that is what dr's do when they dont have an answer.  Look into neuro pathways.  Your mind has created a neuro pathway that will signal a danger triggering the flight or fight reaction.  There is no physical danger so your mind starts looking elsewhere.  Since trhere is no real danger this will cause the panic/anxiety attack to occur.
look into this phobia more and you will start to understand what is happening.  You need to basically reprogram your brain to think there is no danger (drama) in school.  This part I dont have any information as I just started to learn about this myself.  I have my daughter in therapy (NOT A PHYC).  She is working on helping my daughter not to just deal with the anxiety but to get rid of this BAD anxiety.
I hope this helps

no school...say it itn't so...if you dont like the drama reduce the friends you hang around...and mind your own business...why lose you education because of drama...you may get away with it now...but when your on your own it will be harder for you to follow rules...life rules...and it starts when your young and your mind is fresh and full of ideas...you think if all kids skip school we would have any professionals in the world...would you want a doctor to work on you if he didnt finish school??no i dont think so...its not just  about you its about you educating yourself to improve your life and maybe someone elses...
