Miscarraige

I just found out I'm pregnant with my first baby, 4 weeks and 4 days and I'm 19. I am soo worried about having a miscarraige. I just want it to be the second trimester already so I can relax a little more about it. Any wise words to help me stop worrying so much? Does anyone else feel this way?

Why are u sooo worried?  Has it happened before? To u or anyone close to u?  Don't be sooo worried about that right now. Try to worry about ur health because it is now ur baby's health too :) ....but talk to ur doc tell em how u feel and maybe he can give u some assurance or advice :) ***good luck ** take care!

As much as worry about there sometimes is no way to prevent a miscarriage. A miscarriage for the most part happens when something isn't right in the womb and can't really be prevented. To increase odds of not having one just make sure you take prenatal vitamins every day, eat healthy, be informed of what foods you should avoid, take it easy, and don't stress too much! Good luck

I was just like you. Make sure to take it easy during your pregnancy. I wouldn't do too much heavy lifting, dirt bike riding, water sliding, or rough housing. You will be perfectly fine if you take it easy and remember that your little one needs a comfy and safe home. I'm now 27 weeks with my first. As soon as you hear your babys heartbeat you will know that s/he deserves the whole world. I hope you have an amazing pregnancy <3
