20 Week scan measurements

Hi There
Just need a query answered to put my mind at rest!  I had my 20 week anomaly scan last week, I was 19 weeks and 6 days.  The scan was fine and the sonographer said there were no problems however when I go my notes back (and we were on our way home)  I saw that the abominal circumference of our baby was measuring 158mm and the head circumference was measuring 152mm.  The scan report stated 'no abnormality seen' but head circumference is at lower range for dates.  My partner has told me not to worry but this has been playing on my mind and was hoping someone could put my mind at ease.  The femur measurement is pretty much bang on and the biparietal diameter was looking good too.  Do these measurements signify problems will growth catch up??  how does baby grow?  My partner has a small head and long legs could baby just take after him!!!  look forward to hearing from someone, thanks

It sounds like everything is okay. Different parts of the body will measure difernet weeks than other parts while the baby is developing. As long is there isn't a HUGH difference than it should be fine. My daughter would measuring like a week or two behind or ahead between her body and head. She's 4 months old and fine.

It really sounds like everything is okay. If they didnt bring up a reason to worry then I wouldnt think there is a problem. You can ask your doctor to take a look at the ultrasound, but I think everything is okay.
