Am I pregnant

I'm 17 years old and currently 39 days late on my period. I have multiple pregnancy symptoms, and have now missed 2 periods. My last period was Feb 13, 2017. It's now April 17, 2017. I've taken multiple home pregnancy test, and 1 blood test but most were taken just after I missed my first period. I was 17 days late when I had the blood test done! I'm nervous and just wondering what I should do? Any advice?

If you had a blood pregnancy test done 17 days after a missed period, and it says you are not pregnant, you aren't pregnant.  (Or, at least, you were not pregnant then.  Have you continued to have sex?)

Go see your doc and have a hormone workup to see what else might be going on.

First of all if you think you may be pregnant go and see a doctor, get started with nutrition and vitamins early so if your are pregnant you'll have a healthy baby
