I was 16 when I found out I was pregnant and my son will be 2 in nov. The key is to calm down! Stress is not good for you or the baby. Try to walk eveyday so you don't get to out of shape.lol don't just eat your normal 3 meals a day you shoukd get like fruits or veggis and snack on then all day between meals.be sure to drink water lots and lots of water, I know it will make you pee more but its better then drinking pop. And most off ll find someone you can talk to. Even I if its crying your eyes out or yelling and screaming about something find someone. Heck you can talk to me if you need someone lol. Just let me know how everthing goes :) good luck

I am also fifteen and pregnant.congratulations! It might seema scary but you'll start to wonder what he/she looks like and can't wait to hold him/her.You should take your prenatal pills when you are supposed to and stay away from smoking, alcohol, energy drinks, ect. Also your ob/gyn should give you a list of medication that is safe to take and what to watch out for.If he/she doesn't you should ask about it.Eat healthy!
