This happens to me also
What I do is shower before sex and after sex, that usually helps me but if that doesn't work I think you should talk to a doctor
and if I do use lubricant, it is ky, non-scented, no additive anything - just lube. and it has never bothered me before.
So I do have a yeast infection, and I'm taking monistat for it now - but why does my hubby keep giving me these? it's not like I'm getting 'the honeymooner's disease' bc we have sex often enough that my body should be used to him - but it is extremely frustrating bc this happens so often i tend to shy away from sex, due to the fear of him giving me one - and like I said, it happens and I begin to feel the burn as soon as we start - and it's like the burn never goes away and eventually turns into a yeast infection.
this sucks!
does anyone know of any type of preventative method other than eating tons of yogurt?
I have this occasionally it is from
1) Condoms - I have really bad reaction to the lubricant/ spermicide
2) Friction - a lot of fore play or previous sex can make you "raw" (for lack of a better word) and cause burning.
If it is from friction try different lubricants and it should help
I have a friend whos husband is uncircumsized and she has mentioned pain like this... She went to her doctor and he said that the fact that he is uncircumsized has nothing to do with it. You may have a yeast infection or even a UTI. My husband is circumsized and when I have a UTI or Yeast infection it does burn during intercourse......
are you guys using a lubricant based product?
