chance of miscarriage?

I am 11w4d and still can't help but feel like I'm going to lose the baby. Had an ultrasound last Monday and baby was fine hb was 168. What are the chances it could still end in miscarriage

You and your baby sound perfectly fine. It sounds like you are stressing yourself out which is never a good thing to have during pregnancy. If your doctor isn't worried then you shouldn't be either and some women do experience some sort of spotting at the beginning of pregnancy just as long as its not dark red or heavy bleeding. And if it puts your mind at ease you are almost in the 2nd trimester and the likely hood of a miscarriage is there but the possibility drops significantly.

A heartbeat of 168 and making it to 11w4d are both very good signs.  Every pregnant mom is nervous, but most pregnancies make it without miscarriage.  In your shoes, I would not ignore it if you keep having a feeling that things are not right, but I'd try to assess the worry too, just in case it's coming from somewhere else.  (For example, a woman who has had an earlier loss, especially if it was particularly shocking, can have a difficult time believing the next pregnancy will be all right.)  In the meantime, try to relax at least a little -- unless your doctor has said that something about the ultrasound was problematic, all your signs are just fine.
