pregnant or something else?

For the last week to 2 weeks I have alot of pregnancy symptoms. I have been nauseaus, vomiting, cramping in lower abdomen, bloated and gassy (normally I rarely fart, but do burp often. now its just fart.. TMI, sorry.), I had a lotion like discharge about a week ago it didnt itch or smell, and super tired, I also have been very moody. My last period was October 12, if I am not I should be starting any day now. I really, truly feel pregnant, but I have had a miscarriage, and the doctor told me I had a very high chance of being pregnant. & yes, I am 18, but I do have a fulltime job and my own place. So that isn't a worry. All these symptoms made me think I am pregnant, but a friend of mine said maybe a stomach virus? Or possibly something else. Would just like to know whats going on.

& also having a dark orangish red blood.

also, the ducts on my nipples are turning a whitish color.
