If the event was three days after your flow stopped, it was probably at an OK time to get pregnant, maybe just a little early in your cycle for ovulation if you're lucky.  (Do you think he tore your hymen?  If that is what the bleeding was from, it won't prevent pregnancy.  But if it was some residual flow from your period, it might mean you weren't ovulating yet.)

I had just got off my period. Three days before. And it couldn't have been an irritation of my cervix because he barely went in me.... it happened like right when this happened

If you bled from having a period, you should be safe because it would not be time for ovulation.  If the pre-ejaculatory fluid had sperm in it (which it does not always have), and if the bleeding were not from a period but from something like an irritated cervix, bleeding will not help you in terms of birth control.  The sperm would already be up and in the uterus by the time the bleeding happened down at the cervix.  So it all depends on what you mean about the bleeding, why you bled, and what time of the month it was for you.
