b/c of problems with my back, right between my shoulder blades.  Can't stand sitting in this chair with nothing to lean back on.   Did something to it Sunday evening.  Will be back on here when I can move normally again.

I am so sorry sis you gotta take good care of yourselfd. stell is right about the massage or maybe you can see a chiropractor. Mine fixed me right up when I hurt my back. Pryers for you to be well

Thank you so much!  I'm back online, but just lurking here.  Not a good week for me any way you go about it.  But I did get lots of dr appts scheduled for this month.  Have at least one a week for the rest of this month.

Oh, Utah, Monday morning I was getting ready to leave for a entire day of shopping--nothing for fun--and when I was drying my hair it spasmed so bad I couldn't move.  Yelled and dropped the hair dryer.  The heating pad was on the back of the couch all ready to go, so I propped a big pillow on the back of the couch, turned it up to 3 and sat down.  Luckily I had the phone next to me b/c in about 1/2 an hour I had to call my mom to come get me off the couch and the heating pad.  Thought my back would be blistered.  Got down there and couldn't move!  Couldn't even reach the control on the heating pad to turn it off.  When my mom walked in the door I said,  "Help!  I've sat down and can't get up."
