I just talked to Stella and she wanted me to let you all know that her computer has decided to take a vacation (it won't boot up!), so she won't be online for a few days.

Is it the power or the operating system thats playing up?
If its the power then a new power supply costs about AU$40 and is easy to fit.
If its the operating system, then back up all you can onto dvd and reformat and re-install windows.

I couldve fixed her computer if she was in Oz :(
Tell her to reformat and reinstall Windows XP...that the Config.sys file is corrupt from a virus.
