yea much better than 4 months ago. i was just wondering as to, as you improve in health, stamina. do you need less.thyroid hormones, as you get healthier, does your body naturallly push you into a hyper state. as your endurance, stamina increase? does this make any sence? will the numbers reflect this change? doctors don't seem to have answers to this?. you can increase you metabolism through exercise/diet so when that happens, exercise/diet. some weight loss. how does that effect the thyroid levels. and how does that effect you? symtoms wise. ok i'l ask the doctors on my next visit on the 12th and get a big blank stare back at me. lol thanks for listening. Kevin
thanks ill find out in 10 days
Hey Kevin...long time no see ! :)
Let us know how you go.
I have fluctuated the last few months due to stress but nothing I couldnt handle.
Sometimes borderline Hypo, sometimes borderline Hyper but still doing well..thyroid wise.
Post yr labs here when you get the results.....I read your journals and you seem to be doing good on the dessicated.
Great stuff!
Nice to see you Kevin! Let us know what your results are. Hard to guess if they will change at all. If you have Hashi's, then your numbers can change at any time....lol....until the destruction phase is complete.
Let us know when you get results! :)
