Auto Immune, Thyroid and chronic severe Migraines.

I recently have diagnosed with MS, chronic Fibromyalgia, myalgia, and Chronic severe Migraines.  I am going to a pain management clinic.  I get injections of Lidocaine steroids.  So far I find they are not working and end up   in more pain. then I should be.  I've been told that I will be on some pain medication and steroids for the rest of my life unless I go into remission.. I'm take all kinds of vitamins as well.  I'm in bed more then I should be, but just doing simple tasks around the house wear me out and I'm in pain the whole time.  My husband has informed he's going on with his life and can't wait till I g onet well.. This has increased the spasms in my arms and legs, etc.  When the pain starts breaking through it's a lot more debilitating. My thyroid is also dead.  Through research I have learned that found the thyroid and fibro are related and Fibro is an autoimmune disease.  What paths can I take that I'm not already doing

Fibromyalgia is not auto-immune.  It's a set of symptoms, for which there is no explanation and which often are alleviated when one is on adequate thyroid hormones.

I agree that your current labs, with reference ranges would greatly help us better assess your situation.

I didn't word that well. :) If you could post your thyroid results, with reference ranges, we can see if you are not converting well or too low in the range etc.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN).  Check out The LDN website.

Diet change. "Minding Your Mitochondria: Dr. Terry Wahls at TEDxIowaCity" is an excellent presentation. Dr Wahls reversed her secondary progressive MS.

Vitamins and minerals that may help - magnesium, vitamin D, sublingual vitamin B12.

You may not be optimally treated for your thyroid condition. Any labs with reference ranges may show up some issues there.
