Vitamin B6 can cause one to have very strange, vivid dreams. If I take anything contains B6, I begin having dreams like that; as soon as I stop taking whatever has the B6, the dreams stop.

Just dont take it near you thyroid med - 4 hours apart is what they say.
B6 alone doesnt do much energy wise for me, feels shaky sometimes like caffine, but with tarine the three together is a mellow energy. Thats what red bull is.
