thyroid

I do need some help please. I have thyroid disorder, my lab result is as follow:
T3 =2.4,  T4 = 1.01, TSH = 23.606, THYROID PEROXIDASE = 532, ANTITHYROGLOBULIN = 26
What does that mean and what should the best treatment?

Looks like you have Hashi's antibodies and you are Hypothyroid.
You need to be on a thyroid replacement medication to get your TSH down.
I suggest you see your Doctor who did the tests.
