Blood Results... need help.

My endocrinologist recently ordered some blood work.  I now have to have a contrast MRI on my pituitary gland.  I understand the prolactin result pretty well since that is the reason for the MRI, but if anyone could explain the other ones that came back high (one low) that would be great.... I am only including the test that came back out of range, if you like info on the other tests, I can provide that.

Triglycerides: 158  (range <150 mg/dL)
HDL: 42 (range or = 46 mg/dL)

Creatinin, Random Urine: 422 (range 20-320 mg/dL)

AST: 40 (range 10-30 U/L)
ALT: 67 (range 6-40 U/L)

Prolactin: 50.5 ng/mL (range non-pregnant 3.0-30.0)

TSH, 3rd generation: 4.55 (range .40-4.5)

Thyroid Peroxidas Antibodies: 42 (range <35 IU/mL)

The reason for prolactine being high can be a microadenoma (that's why he asked for MRI), primary hypothyroidism, chronic renal failure, menstrual cycle disturbances, stress, etc. So your doctor is looking for all these pathologies. But your TSH is in the hypo side...... (Could be the reason), your AP is ok , values are just slightly high (liver ones, ASL and ALT), so I don't think it's really significative (may need to repeat later), HDL is the good cholesterol, so not to worry. When you look at lab results there are other normal values that can exclude liver pathologies, renal problems (your creatinine in serum is ok, urea too???) etc, and never forget the symptoms…...to what I can see you can trust your doctor.

I'd be happy to provide more tests... I only included the ones that came back out of range in my posting.  My dr. thinks it's likely I have a prolactin secreting pituitary tumor which could also be effecting my TSH and Thyroid levels.  I really don't understand the liver ones... and the blood creatinine is in range.  PS.  I am also recently diagnosed diabetic.

ACTH, Plasma: 12 (range of 5-27 pg/mL)

AP, is that Alkaline Phosphatase?  If so, it's 68  (range 33-115 U/L)

LH: 13.3 mIU/mL
Reference Ranges
Follicular Phase 1.6-  12.5
Mid-Cycle Peak 8.7 - 76.3
Luteal Phase .5 - 16.9

T-4, Free:  1.1 (range 0.8-1.8 ng/dL)

I don't see T3 or GH on the lab results anywhere.

When creatinine is high means renal problems, urinary obstruction, diet muscle disease (High meat diet ). But it's a non specific test but usually part of  the creatinine clearance (serum) to evaluate kidney function. High ALT can be associated with kidney too, AST usually is liver function, but just little high, how about AP?, I don't know what the doctor orderer but all values must be looked together, your TSH is border line high , that could mean hypo, but what are your free T3 and free T4? have you tested for GH, LH, ACTH
