Blood test

I am having anti thyroid drugs to treat this while i am waiting for an op to have it all removed.
Just had latest blood test back and its says

T3 normal
T4 free   0.54 (normal should be between 0.58 - 1.6 )  last test was 0.61
TSH-US    5.59  (should be between 0.34 - 5.60  ) last test was 4.56

i am feeling tired does this mean i have gone underactive?

Had my op - i had a total thyroidectomy  -i feel great! wow like a new woman.
I am on levothyroxine 100 each day and feel so wonderful. So glad i had the op. He said there were many smaller nodes negining to grow so glad i chose to have it all removed.

Thanks - i have just got back from seeing the surgeon. I also have a nodule and because i have had cancer they think that this nodule might turn cancerous and aslo because i am only 50 there should be many years for it also to turn cancerous. I hate being on these anti thyroid pills as i am on my 3rd different type because of allergys to the others. I have my op on Nov 23rd.

are you having surgery for the Graves? If you have no cancer forming I would consider surgery as a last resort.

You seem to be on too much antithyroid medication. Your FT4 is LOW and you don't have enough conversion to get T3 back up for energy.

Your doctor should be thinking of lowering your antithyroid therapy and see if you stabilize better alone right now

Your having surgery? How come?
