Thank you so much for replying, I'm going to ask my doctor to order the tests mentioned above and I will post on my updates. Again, thanks and God bless!
Your FT3 and FT4 look good...they don't look hyper, as Barb already said.
You might ask your doctor to run some antibody tests to see if you could be in the early stages of an autoimmune thyroid disease. TPOab (thyroid peroxidase antibody) and TGab (thyroglobulin antibody) are the tests for Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and TSI (thyroid stimulating immunoglobulin) is the test for Graves'. Although Hashi's is hypo in later stages, early stages can be characterized by swings from hypo to hyper.
If your doctor orders those, you'll know if you should pursue thyroid as the cause or look eslewhere.
I'm not taking any, the doctor wanted to ck me again in 6 months. He said I could be asymptomatic
Some people have no medical problems that cause the high platelet counts; however, there are several conditions that can cause that; you should discuss that with your doctor.
As for the thyroid tests, your FT3 and FT4 don't really indicate hyper, but your symptoms do. Are you taking any type of thyroid medication? If so, what?
My symptoms are rapid heart rate, anxiousness, cold night sweats for about a week and feeling tires
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this thread and look fwd to your comments

What were your actual T3 and T4 results? Were they free T3 and free T4 or total T3 and total T4. If they don't specifically say, "free" or "FT", they're total. What's your reference range on those (ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report). I ask this because often being "in range" is not good enough to relieve symptoms.
What are the ranges on the PT and MPV?
Are there any ranges for the PLT and MPV? I don't know if there are standard ranges for these; check your lab report and see what it says.
If TSH is the only thing being tested for thyroid, it's really impossible to tell what's going on. Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid condition? Are you currently on any type of thyroid medication? If so, which med(s)/dosage(s). You need to get tested for the actual thyroid hormones, Free T3 and Free T4. You might also want to get tested for thyroid antibodies, Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOab) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TGab), which would indicate Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. You should also get Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI), which is the definitive test for Graves Disease.
What, if any, symptoms do you have?
