Help!! Results all over the place, feel horrible, & no one will listen!!!

So this all started because I have been trying to lose weight for the past 4 years and just continue to gain/remain a same weight.  I'm 27 years old, been dieting and working out strictly and have not had any loss and do the water weight fluctuation gaining/losing throughout the week.  I also feel tired and sore.  Have irregular periods (they last for 3 weeks, off for 1, then back again...and I'm on the pill) & no sex drive (extremely odd for me!!!!).  According to my fiance my neck swells up and he just never said anything to me until I started doing hypothyroid research and he just said he didn't want to hurt my feelings.  Everytime I describe my symptoms people immediately think thyroid problem, but my tests keep coming back normal so then my doctor wants to prescribe anit-depressants.  Here's my series of results:

23 Oct 2006
TSH 2.175 (normal 0.350-2.2)
Also did a lipid panel with high LDL Cholesterol Calc of 113 high (normal 0-99)

2 Nov 06
T4, Free(direct) 1.26 (normal 0.61-1.76)
TSH 1.137 (normal same as above)
T3 161 (normal 85-205)

So the doctor recommended anti-depressants and changed my dosage for my birthcontrol pill for the period irregularities.  Since they all came back normal I figured I just wasn't trying hard enough and tried weight watchers, stopped alcohol consumption, cut back on my Starbucks addiction.  Exercise regularly...took 1hr spinning class 3 times a week and combo cardio/weight class called Body Pump 3 time a week.  Still no weight change and instead of feeling more energetic and healthy, I felt worse...progressively shortness of breath...tired easily during my classes (this at 6 months into this routine)

31 Aug 08
TSH 3.89 (normal 0.4-4.5)

Wanted more tests because I read about the new TSH range and here are the most recent results...back to normal & still feeling like ****

15 Sep 08
TSH, 3rd gen  1.061 (normal 0.35-5.5)
Free T4 1.11 (normal 0.90-1.80)
T3  1.5 (normal 0.6-1.8)
Free T3 2.76 (normal 1.80-4.20)

HELP!!!!  I have an appointment with a new family practice doctor on 22 Sep and would like to be able to go to that appointment with these results and questions to help her help me!!!

If you believe that swelling is thyroid-related do the thyroid neck check self exam; the normal hormone levels cannot exclude thyroid disorder, such as euthyroid phase of thyroiditis.
The blood test for thyroid antibodies TPO/Tg and TSI may help to detect autoimmune disorder.
