Thyroid symptoms with normal labs

I apologize as this is on the long side.  I have asked for testing on several occassions for Thyroid problems due to the multiple symptoms that I have.  My labs (which my Dr.s usually only check the TSH level) usually are in the normal range.  Many times they are only a few tenths in range of what the labs consider to be the normal range.   The last TSH test (over 1 year ago) came back   .39 on a range of .35-5.0.   I am currently waiting on new lab results.  I have severe POCS, thinning hair,  Dry Skin/Dry, Brittle Hair/Dry Scalp, Starting in Oct 07 shaking/feel like my body is continuously shaking, Starting in Oct/Nov 07 what the Dr. thinks may be Anxiety and/or panic episodes, (I wondered if it's not thyroid or hormonal issues), HBP (taking Cardizem 240), high heart rate (on Bystolic, have had heart rate around 85-95 for at least 20 years, but now running around 120-130 off the Bystolic.  I want to come off Bystolic due to having severe burning/tingling sensation in legs), Infertility & Absent menses/irregularities (took pergonal for 1st child and repronex with 2nd, ages 12 and 7), sleep apnea (diagnosed 3 months ago), Hypoglycemia, IBS, Reflux/GERD.  Checked at 9 yrs old for dwarfism/short stature (5 ft. 1 in), Anemia, Since middle of 07 I feel like I have something in my throat,  Severe Cold Intolerance!, always low temp, Appetite loss – don’t care if I eat, Fatigue - Always Tired!  As long as the TSH is normal GP won't do additional testing.  I always thought that these problems are caused by problems with my thyroid.  Am I grasping at straws?  Could this be a hormone imbalance? Could I still have problems with the thyroid and have normal labs? Any ideas?Would you recommend more testing?

No,  I haven't been able to get up on Dr. Lupo's site yet.  It still says that it has reached it's maximum number of questions for today. I will keep trying over the weekend.  Hoping someone has some ideas as the Endo's here will only accept you with a referrel and my Dr. said he would look like a fool if he referred me with TSH in the normal range (even with it being only a few tenths in range). Maybe I will get some idea on where to go from here.
