Drop in FT4

I first went to the doctor for hives and after running blood tests, she said everything was fine and sent me to a dermatologist.  6 weeks have passed and now that I'm on 3 antihistamines, the hives have disappeared.  I finally just received a copy of my blood work and noticed that my Free T4 is much lower than its ever been.  I've been extremely exhausted and have been experiencing dizziness for the last several weeks and now wonder if its related to the lower FT4.  I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's several years ago and have nodules that are being monitored, but am on no thyroid supplements currently.
My levels were:

TSH:  1.25 mIU/L
Free T4:  .65 ng/dL
T4 Total:  5.0 ug/dL

My Free T4 has been around 1.0 in the past.  Do you think these levels may be too low for me and may be contributing to my exhaustion?
Thanks.

I haven't been told that I should be on medication.  My TSH has always been low end of normal.  The numbers have been within reference range.  Even the Free T4 is (according to my GP's lab) is within range at .65
I don't know why they have a different ref range: .5-1.6 ng/dl
This dips lower than any other reference range I've seen.  I have an appointment with an endocrinologist in a few days  and I'm really hoping she can help me feel better.  I really feel horrible.

It's interesting that your endo says your free T4 is low at .70 and my GP thinks mine at .65 is ok.  I don't get this.

I too have Hashi's and currently experiencing EXTREME fatigue and constant dizziness/lightheadedness/equilibrium problems.  My endo believes that since my Free T4 is so low that is the problem.  My Free T4 is 0.70 si I would say yes that is your problem as well.  Why are you not on any medication?

There is no Free T3 there?
Do you have that tested too?
That is important as its 4 times more potent that Free T4.
