Is your doctor running just TSH or do you have additional thyroid panels ran too?
TSH of .27 might be too hyper for you in which might be causing you to feel bad. you might have to find a dose between 50 and 75 that will work. But keep in mind its not a guarantee you will feel any better.
Treatment or meds. are not a 100% cure all for symptoms nor for feeling our best.
Plus symptoms are not necessarily 100% thyroid either, many other health conditions share thyroid symptoms.
With levels at optimal Lab range and still feeling bad, with enough time for the body and mind to heal, symptoms are more likely not thyroid.
