AR, thats it exactly!! I kept thinking if I take more armour!!!
I hope the Selenium helps you.
As far as your hormone levels and symptoms, there is a lag time. You can turn hyper and have hypo symptoms that hang on for weeks and blend in with the hyper symptoms until you can't tell up from down.
If you are hypo, and you finally get your levels perfect, it still takes weeks or months for a few of the symptoms to go away. Some symptoms stop almost immediately, others hang around for a while.
Just a couple of examples, but that's one of the things that is so frustratng with thyroid problems. It's like taking an asperin and then waiting for a month for the headache to go away. And while you wait, you keep thinking "maybe if I just take one more asperin...".
I am taking selenium too! 200 mcg.
my Tsh is0.36 the range says ( 0.4- 4.0 uIU/ml)
If im closer to hyper .. why would I gain weight?

What are the lab ranges used on the tests for your free T4 and your T3 tests?
Your TSH indicates that the med dosage is a little too strong. You are on the verge of going hyper based on your TSH test, but I think your Free T4 looks a little low, which is odd, and I have no idea what to make of your T3 test without lab ranges.
Your TPOab is alarmingly high and may be the root of some of your symptoms. Some people feel a high antibody count can give you symptoms, although most doctors would disagree.
You should try taking a Selenium supplement to lower the TPOab count. It may work or it may not, but it is worth a try. 200mcg a day would be safe to start on. Make sure it's micrograms (mcg) and not milligrams (mg) or you will end up sick. More than 400mcg per day can be bad, and you get some in your diet as it is, so 200mcg per day is safe. More than that would be risky without testing for a deficiency first and looking at any vitamins you take.
You should get your B12 levels tested too, I feel alive again after I found mine were low and started to get injections
