Dual blood thinners temporary stoppage before caqtaract surgery

Im 75 year old. .My cardio prescribed Deplatt Cv (Ecosprin 75 mg,Atorvostatin  10 mg, and clopidogrel  75 mg and I am taking since May this year. Actually i was diagnosed with Transient Ischemea in the year 1977. I have taken  intially for about 35 years ASA 50 (Acityle saclyilic acid) and then from 2005  to  2017  april , Ecosprin AV 75 mg. Now I am taking Deplatt cv .I would like to undergo cataract in Novembe and i would like to know before how many days do i have to stop this drug and when to sgtart  after the op. Actually i am a little bit scared to take this clopdogrel. I wish to know, is it safe to take .No  severe side effect na? kindly advise.

Sorry, but this forum is about thyroid issues.  I looked for other MedHelp forums that might help with your questions, but was not successful.  I think you should just contact the doctor's office and ask those questions.
