Good news .. 2nd Vit D pill today and no nausea .. it had to be kidney stone related .. and coincidental last week

I actually feel GREAT today with this 2nd weekly dose .... great except for some kidney stone pain still ... I actually feel the Vit D kicking in so this is really encouraging for me!!!!!

A long way to go .. my level was 9 and normal is 32-60 ..

I posted the link for the Vitamin D video on here  the other day.  I'm so glad people watched it.  My vitamin D level is 15, and after two weeks, I am feeling better already.  My only side affect is cramps in my feet at night.  I am trying to figure out how to stop this as it is so painful.

Great news that you are feeling better ChitchatNIne.

Hey!  Glad to hear you're doing well on the Vit D.  Don't know if you saw this or not, but it was posted a couple of days ago.  Wish I could give credit to the poster, but I can't remember who did it...  I found it very interesting and informative info on Vit D and it's vast effects!
