Your thyroid test results and reference ranges??????
Yes, time for another ultrasound test for nodules.
I might note the ct scan was done over a year ago.. perhaps time for another?
Please post those thyroid test results, and their reference ranges, that your doctor considers "balanced".
For info, some of our members have reported that taking moderate amount of selenium has helped with neck discomfort. The selenium seems to have a calming effect on the Hashi's antibodies. Here's a couple of old posts on this.

The most important supplements to take are the following:
Good multi vitamin (I prefer whole food source)
B complex at least twice a day
Vit C twice per day
selenium is helpful to some....not more than 200 mcg per day

I take selenium and magnesium, along with vitamin C. The selenium helps with the swelling and pain in my neck (keeps the antibodies from raging so much). Magnesium helps with the muscle/joint pain.
Yes, I have confirmed Hashimato's.
Have you ever been tested for the thyroid antibodies, TPO ab and TG ab, to determine if Hashi's is the cause of your hypothyroidism?
