HELP Lab Results, Back to Square One

So as I've been posting, I'm a 26 year old female with fatigue, sensitivity to cold, and dizziness.  Some gastro and other symptoms mixed in, but those are my main problem areas.  I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, but that just didn't explain my other symptoms.  I just got my test results back and everything seems normal, so now I'm back to square one.  Maybe I just have sleep apnea, just happen to be cold, just happen to get really dizzy.  I would appreciate your comments.

TSH--- 1.201 (was 3 in Nov. 07 and 2 in Nov 08-- this one was taken at 10:30 am)
T4---- 8.4
FT4 -- .99
FT3 --- 2.8
TPO Antibodies --- 10
Vitamin D -- 37.8
B12 ---- 231
Folic Acid --- 20.9

I wasn't given the reference ranges though, sorry.

Yeah, I did notice that the FT3 seemed to be on the low end.  I also did some research and it seems that my B12 would definitely be considered low and Folic Acid seems really high, so not sure what that means.  The doc is supposed to call me back to tell me what it means.  The person who gave me the results said she could just give me the numbers, not what they meant.  The doctor hasn't called me back yet, so i was just wondering if anyone here knew what was going on.  I'm now wondering if I dont have B12 deficiency either with or without hypothyroidism.  The reason this worries me is that B12 deficiency is a stomach issue (inability to absorb it) and i have a family history of stomach cancer which is also linked to B12 deficiency people.  I know it's a stretch, but the not knowing makes things race through your head.

I dont think i could have a virus, I dont feel sick.  My symptoms are basically feeling tired all the time, cold all the time, and various levels of dizziness ranging from extreme vertigo to short mild episodes.  As far as gastro symptoms, I have the basic spectrum from too much to too little, etc.  I'm not sure what Ryanaud's Phenomena is though.

things appear to be "normal", but a lot of the values are at the low end.  do you go back to the doc to go over these values?  ask the doctor what next?  can any other tests be done?  could you have a virus?  what are your other symptoms? gastro symptoms?  could you have gluten or other food allergies?  you say that you have sensitivity to cold...what do you mean?  are you having raynaud's phenomena?
