After surgery still having symptoms

I had a full thyroidectomy one month ago, I am on 100 mg of Levothyroxin. But I am still having the hot/cold intolerance and also still having to take a nap during the day because I am still tired. My voice does have the raspyness every once in awhile my tone is coming back. I do get the the tightness and feel the pulling but not as much as I did in the beginning.
My question anyone still having the same symptoms they did before surgery? Thank you all for the info on the things to use for my scar.

If you've only been on the levo for a month, it hasn't had time to fully stabilize in your blood, so it's not unusual that your symptoms aren't all gone.

It takes between 4-6 weeks for the medication to reach full potential in your blood, then you still have to give your body time to "get well".

When are you scheduled for new blood work?  You should be getting Free T3, Free T4 and TSH tested approximately every 5-6 weeks until your hormone levels have stabilized.
