Hashis and adrenals

Can weak adrenals and haveing hashimotos affect thyroid meds and keep me from raising them?

FT3 and FT4 levels dropping could be associated with loss of productive capability of your thyroid glands due to the Hashi's; however, in that scenario I would expect that the TSH would be increasing.  If all three test results are dropping, wouldn't that point to the pituitary?
I think that thyroid levels affect adrenal output, but I am unaware of the opposite.  

So, would you please post your thyroid test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report?  Also, what medication are you taking and how much?  Why did you say that you can't raise your meds?  As I was told by a good thyroid doctor, dosage is irrelevant.  Symptoms relief is all important.

I am trying to find an answer to my dropping TSH freet3 freet4 levels and I can't raise my thyroid meds I have to go see a endo. Meantime I am so hypo from my hashis I don't know if its my pitiuary or adrenals but something is doing this.

If you know you have confirmed adrenal issues, they should be treated before treating thyroid.
