Help Needed!

I am a 29 year old female and have been feeling very unwell for the last two months.  It began with dizzyness and nausea followed by my neck locking and stiffening. I have had both a cervical spine and brain MRI both of which have been clear.  I have been treated by physio, osteo and acupuncture all of whom think that I am getting sympathetic nerve reactions but don't seem to know why as my muscles are really relaxed.  My neck mobility is much better now but I am always extremely thirsty and if I stand up for more than a few hours I get nausea, sweating, dizziness, pressure in my head, and if I push through this I get shaking hands and I feel like I'm trembling.

I was wondering if it was worth getting any blood tests to look into anything else as perhaps the neck is a symptom not the cause???? Could this be hormonal?  I have been on Cerazette the contraceptive pill for two years now and it has stopped my periods completely.

Would you really appreciate any advice of what to do now as I have run out of ideas!!!!!

Thanks in advance.

I agree that you should be tested for diabetes, and also see if you are suffering with low blood pressure upon standing.  :)
